I finally registered for agfood but I can't see any payment details. Where should I be looking?

Go to direct payments/bps. There is a heading then for payments . Then go to 2015. On phone now will recheck when I get home

Sounds like something you'd get after using a bad kango .
Would it be a trapped nerve or anything like that ?

Yes i am involved in construction but mostly management. Have been doing a lot more on site lately but not really in the last week. Its been happening for a while now but very noticeable the past few days. Been waking up in the night with pins and needles in my hands too. Im only 27 so didnt think it would be white finger? our gear in work is pretty fresh and well maintained.

Sounds like a trapped nerve or just muscles all knotted up in your shoulder/neck area. Had a right dose of it myself lately. Went to physio a couple of times and he has worked the worst of it out of me. Had a near constant tingling down my left arm, pins and needles going in to my hand and my little finger felt kinda numb. Loss of power also which if neglected can be more long term than you'd like.

Sounds like a muscular issue more than nerve.

Tightness/injury in the shoulder rotator cuff muscles can lead to the symptoms that you describe. It could be something that you done to your shoulder (injury/overuse) from months/years ago that is only catching up on ya now and triggering the problems you describe. Try find a good massage/sports/physical therapist and get a diagnosis a few treatments (deep tissue work) and you should see quick improvement.

Have ongoing problems for the past 15 years or so, pins & needles, numb fingers and a dead arm especially at night time when I'm asleep. Affects my right arm more so than my left. I had a serious spinal injury as a teenager where my 4th and 5th vertebrae are fused and I presume its caused by that.
Every few years I have to go to a sports physio for a few sessions of treatment.

I'd have something similar and if I lie wrong on my side the pins & needles get far worse..

The involuntary shaking would worry me.

    Enjoy Whelan, well deserved!

Regarding your arm theemigrant I'd definitely get it checked. Dad had similar sort of symptoms but ignored it for a few years, put it down to a car crash he was in. Got progressively worse and with tests and all he's been diagnosed with 'parkinsons-type symptoms' but not full parkinsons. His father (my grandad) had a similar shake to his hand so we can't be sure if it's a hereditary thing or the onset of parkinsons as it's such a hard disease to diagnose. He hasn't gotten any worse in five years but that doesn't stop him milking it, saying 'I'm sick' and getting all the tedious jobs on the farm done for him or skipping days out like weddings that he doesn't feel like going to.:pac:

Just had to run after a man down the street of Carrick as he dropped his wallet. He insisted on buying me a Quickpick in the shop for giving it back.
Going by the story line of many films I've seen, I'm going to win the lotto :D:D
