I've been working on this for a few years now and altough it is still not perfected yet, (Due to the lack of better pepper sauces in Ireland) it is a great Dip/Starter/Snack.

1 Pack chicken wings (Cut into individual sections)
    ¼ LB Butter
½ Bottle of Red Tobasco ( I once came across 'Santa Maria' pepper sauce in an Irish Supermarket and it was better. Post If you know where it is easily available)
    2 Tablespoons White Vinegar

Deep Fry wings for about 10 to 15 Minutes at full household fryer temp.

Melt butter in a pot slowly. At the last minute add the vinegar and tobasco. Then pop in the crispy wings and shake well.

Serve with a tablespoon of blue cheese well blended with a small bowl of mayonnaise.
