where does a wheelchair access ticket get 2 people in?

i have heard that having a wheelchair access ticket gets 2 people in in some venues, one in a wheelchair and the other is a carer/pushing the wheelchair. landsdowne road is meant to be definite. does anybody know of anywhere else?
