Matrix Revolutions in July

I have heard IRW of Revolutions coming out in July '03, as originally intended before the Wachoski vs. Warner Bros fight and Warner wanting to go head to head for cash with The Return of the King.

Allthough it would be a good idear gettin the new one out straight away because everyone would want to see it. Cant see it happening though.

I'd say the majority of people will see both. The thing is with trilogies when you see the first two you kind of have to go see the third.
LoTR is usually released in December thought isnt it? So there'll be a month in between.

They'd have a job releasing it in July seeing as how the special effects and post-production isn't even remotely finished yet. They've finished all the filming, but the SFX schedule runs right the way up to the end of October...

Joel Silver was featured in an entertainment programme on tv yesterday (can't remember what the channel was) and he said that they're in discussions to open the Matrix Revolutions at the exact same time in cinemas world wide on November 5/6th - November 5th 9am PST was the time slot mentioned.
