Does anyone know the name of RTEs first (I belive) motoring show
which was presented by, I think, Peter McNiff back around 1980. Some older boardsters may remember it. It had Black Betty by Ram Jam as its theme tune and the opening credits had a rolling shot of tarmac behind a car with the exhaust pipe in view if I recall rightly...anyone know what it was called?

    Mike.

"Riding a long in my automobile........"

Remember it vaguly I was quite young at the time. I think it was part of the songs words that made up the name.

I use to love the song, thats about all I remember it for.

Would have been Mid 1980s, Maybe its a different show i am thinking of.

Don't recall the names of either series.
However, I will investigate at work- some of the guys there might remember it.

What was the name of the second series (with the Chuck Berry song)?
