I'm Sorry if that has been covered before and if it has just point me in the right direction, but my question is as follows......

has anyone else got a personal planner that re sets its self every couple of days, mine is driving me nuts and is going blank on me every couple of days.

Tonight the kids reprogrammed it and within an hour it was gone.

anyone else got this problem, or is it just a glitch in the system we have to put up with?

thanks in advance for any help.

    Fi

it must be a glitch. i'm always missing the start of 24 because the planner keeps deleting it. it happens with Oz too. it is really annoying

I had things disappearing from my personal planner for a couple of days last week but never everything on it.

    Seems ok again.

What also is frustrating is RTEs series links. Last night when 24 came on the repeat on Saturday night was put into the planner instead of next weeks episode. Also happens with Friends as they have old episodes showing during the week.

The Series link feature seems erratic.

I've given up using the Personal Planner. If something and important is spotted I email everone from Digiguide.

I'm going to rig up an interface to set Digibox from PC.

glad to read i am not the only one suffering these problems, i wonder are Sky aware of the problem or have an explination as to why it happens?

or better still can they fix it?

I've found that if you hit backup rather than select :o (I do it sometimes when i'm already on the channel its reminding me about) it deletes the entry from your series link.

Don't know if its related to your problem.

i always press select even when i'm on the channel. it is more dodgy software from Sky. i would be happy if my Other Channels also didn't get deleted every 2nd day

Is that something to do with storing over 20 channels ??????

that's what it seems to be. i only have 3 channels in there now. Dubai Sports channel, BBC Radio 2 and BBC 6 Music. i got sick of entering the same frequencies 3 or 4 times a week
