The final day on Sunday - Celtic marginally behind and deflated from their travels. Rangers with the edge and after a nice layoff.

Who will finish on top? does anyone care anymore?

My heart says Celtic my head say the Hun!

I think 120mins in that heat, with nothing to show for it at the end will have taken to much out of Celtic, plus for some "strange" reason Kilmarnock seem to really get in about Celtic and give them very tough games in Rugby Park.

If you look at the last five games or so for both sides, Celtic are way ahead. Unfortunately I think their 120min stint in the sun will have sapped most of that momentum. At least they don't have to play on Saturday, I reckon that extra day will be needed.

Nah, I think the word "backlash" may be used regarding the celtic match on Sun.

Whitewashman, I think i speak on behalf of the majority of the board by stating the obvious fact that you are a wanker. Your problem with Celtic just speaks volumes. Why do you support Rangers??? Celtic have Irish connections no matter what sad little prick like you says so get your facts right. How many crisp packets do you have to collect to become a moderator on here?? Not many, im guessing.

ohh, let me guess you are a celtic supporter.

all i have done is celebrated my team winning the league, and you come on here abusing me and my rights to hold up my team as the champions of scotland.
you are trying to deprive me of my right to celebrate.
just because my team beat your team doesnt give you the right be so horrible.
and why dont you tell me what the irish connection is while youre at it.

my team is better than yours.

    wheres your silverware?

    and thats a fact.

    so there.

    rangers won
    celtic lost.

Yup, so you have the same mentality as Celtic supporters.
You should, forget your differences, join up and all go beat up cripples together....

Why does WWM need a reason to suppor Rangers?
Why do so many people feel that if your Irish you have to support Celtic.

I saw it in school as well where there was one Rangers fan and he got abuse whenever he wore a shirt in. (bit silly i know that he wore it in but why isnt he allowed wear it)

I know very little about Scotland but why is Rangers hated so much? Is it just cos they are the only real threat to Celtic or did the Rangers players kill babies in their youth? Without Rangers the SPL would be even less watchable than it is..

I agree with your sentiments B-K-DzR, you should be allowed to support whichever team takes your fancy. Certainly in Ireland it is a lot easier to be a Celtic fan than a Rangers fan. Having said that, it would be a bit pointless supporting Celtic if there was no Rangers fans to slag and when Rangers win all the silverware I'm sure they appreciate having a few Celtic fans about to take the piss out of.

As regards to your other point, certainly for the last while Celtic and Rangers have been the only really competitive teams in that league. Every now and again a third team tries to keep up eg. Aberdeen in the eighties. Overall though it is a ridiculously under competitive league, bit pointless really.

Ah, it's a stupid religious thing. People who can't grow up and all that.

Incidentally I once went out with someone who said she'd dump me if I bought a Rangers shirt. I dumped her anyway and didn't bother buying the shirt. Pfft. These days I don't watch any soccer and couldn't give a flying monkey who wins anything.
