Can't order Netsmart

I live in Lucan and am waiting for NTL to reach my estate for the Cable modem service, but in the meantime I want to use some sort of cheaper dialup access. I am using NTL for my phone calls and I don't want to have to switch to UTV for calls in order to get their flat rate package. So I called Esat and they told me that I can't get Netsmart because I am using NTL for phone calls and not Eircom.

Surely, to access the Netsmart package a prefix is used and it should work from any call provider.

Does anyone using NTL have Netsmart working?

    Cheers
    Dara

I have NTL's Internet and Phone package and I'm using NetSmart.
    No problem whatsoever!

I had Surf No Limits when I got NTL, then switched over to NetSmart.

The 1332 prefix bypasses NTL and Eircom's billing systems.

    Talk to Esat again!
