Caller ID vs. register.iol.ie/email

I tried to register an email address on register.iol.ie/email while using NetSmart.

But it says "You don't appear to be dialled into the IOL No Limits service
[cli not provisioned] or your Netsmart Account is not activated"

(presuming that the term No Limits is equivalent to NetSmart for this purpose) this
in incorrect. My "account" is activated. I even dialled again turning on Called Id (142 pause number)

What solution can you think of to allow me to register one address?

Ringing or emailing customer support would strike me as the most obvious solution. And the Nets / Comms forum would strike me as the most obvious place to post this.
