anyone hear anything about utv's broadband package, has it even been released yet. i was gonna go with netsource but they insist on you paying for a domain name even if you have one already, in my case a .com i got registered in america for €200 for 10 years whereas netsource want €144 a year. they can stick it. i dont d/l loads anyway so esat's 5Gb will be cool. im probably gonna end up with esat anyway, but if utv announce soon i might wait

No details yet - I'd love to hear from them too, but unless it's soon, I'll be going with IOL. There's a long thread started by Martin from UTV here.

i dunno if ppl will serve out 1 year and then return to utv if it means paying another installation fee, but i heard that their tech support is top notch. ah well, looks like esat bb for me, although i will re-evaluate thing when utv do get their service out. thanks for your help ppl.

I called utv for the first time in november and the release of a broadband package was imminent. Was equally imminent in December when I called them again. Good luck

oh well, guess its esat for sure. there package is reasonable enough, especially for a person who doesn't have a modem and no interest in line sharing. i'll check back with utv in 12 months
