Does anyone know why an NTL CPS telephony customer cannot order Esat's Netsmart internet package? I called them yesterday to get more information and they asked me whether my calls were with Eircom. I told them that I had switched to NTL and I was told that it wouldn't work. Surely, to access the Netsmart package a prefix…

I told them that I had switched to NTL and I was told that it wouldn't work. Surely, to access the Netsmart package a prefix is used and it should work from any call provider.

Does anyone using NTL have Netsmart working?
