    Here's my thing.

    quakelords dies because of invalid address rewalsh@tinet.ie.

    1000 or so bounced messages sent out.

    People on quakelords list delete messages, all is well.

    EXCEPT!!! Mouserat is in Atlanta. His mail is still filled up with
    1000 or so quakelords messages.

    Von sends mail to hibs list. hibs list dies because of exceeded
    quota for dermot.friel@ucg.ie (due to the original quakelords
    problem). Hundreds more bounced messages sent out.

    Both quakelords and hibs mailing lists shut down. Send your
    mails to a list of addresses in your mailer instead.

    And so it begins.

    But I thought the original problem had been solved, which was the fact that it was dangerously configured to send bounces to the list instead of to a seperate address. Obviously the Hibs one has not been reconfigured.
