    help, is there anyone who knows n e thing about access

    i am making a db for college that is a ordering system for a bookstore (boring as fock) but one of the criteria is that i have to set it so the bloke can see the transactions for a specific month

    aka, he has to select say MARCH and see only march transactions

    if n e would could help, thanx :D

    Simplest way is to use the supplied filter buttons (up on the menu bar) when you're viewing any form. No extra coding or piddling about required. No hassle running or printing a report from that either.

    I might be making a mountain out of a molehill, but perhaps you could design a query to pull out transactions for each month of the year, and then link it to buttons on a form?
