Help! "Directory Identifier Unavialible..."

    I cant connect to the remote host as far as I can tell,
    I get the message Directory Identifier Unavilible"

    When I click to connect the following is shown in the session log -

    200 Port - Command Successful
    Port 195,218,110,214,5.41

    Any thoughts is it a software problem or is the remote host kaput?

    What exactly are you tryin to connect to and with what?

    Sorry! I'm using Ipswitch WS-FPT LT
    and I'm trying to connect to the host of my website
    (see below!) however I've just found an e-mail which contains a url for my hosting companies on-line ftp
    sevice. Editing a site on-line is'nt ideal but it'll have to do.
