    All these sites look the same to me, same jobs on them all, advertised for a month and then the date changed so they look like they are newly posted. I don't get the point myself.

    Is it true some of these sites advertise jobs that don't exsist, so as to update their Cv database's ?

    Not so much that they're lying but that they advertise for people with certain skills for 'positions', not for actual jobs.
