If you can manage to get your hands on the PCFormat DVD number 143 (christmas 2002) it was tons of sims stuff.

For those in the know, which would you recommend for the PC;
Sim City 4 or The Sims

I really like the sound of SC4, but lots of people have been telling me about the Sims albeit for the PS2.
