the match today with lenster.... need i say anymore?
as the RTÉ commentator said at the begining of the second half

"If you'd just joined us you've missed a one of the best games of rugby this season, if you've been watching you'll know the truth"*

    *or something to that affect.

True, what a waste of a game.

Years from now this game will be pointed out as the best way to piss away a place in the ERC final.

Perpingan were poor. Leinster were dreadful.

The final will be pure rubbish too, two French teams in Lansdowne Rd., perhaps with as many as 4,000 travelling supporters total, leaving another 40,000 who just won't care.

What a waste of 18 euro . . . . glad i didn't go for a 52 euro stand ticket. . . I don't really mind losing but that game was rubbish, and Leinster are better than that. . .I've seen them perform 100 times better in Donnybrook this year. . . I think O'Meara's inability to put points on the board in the early stages really affected the team. . . Shame is, we probably won't get as good a chance to win the European cup for a long time (unless we can find a midfield partnership that can cut the mustard)

Paid €32 for a seat on the East Touch line, right at the center flag - great spot.
But I don't think I'll pay €52 for an all French final.
Any talk about moving it to Paris?

Its a damn shame really, Lenster have one of the best back rows in the championship. Well screw it, no way lenster should win the thing before munster anyway :)

It's unbelieveable but it seems to be the case. Like how many are going to travel for the match? 5,000, if they're lucky!

I'm not sure if I'll go along - probably will in the end.

I'm sure there will be lots of people trying to flog tickets for under face value. . . . Trouble is, if final day is a wet miserable day they'll end up with about 5000 Frenchmen in the West stand and the rest of the stadium empty. . . what a crap ending to a magnificent tournament . ..

. . . maybe Trevor will attract 40,000 worth of Irish fans

It was a disgrace of a display from Leinster who proved through the championship that they have great forwards but it ain't worth much when your half backs don't cut it. O' Meara had a nightmare. Missed a few kicks but his passing and kicking from play was nothing more than sh1t. They brought Spooner on to late IMO but then again he ain't match fit.

It's a shame that neither side went through after Leinster's displays in the pool stages and after Munster magical revival towards the end.

Oh well, we'll just have to wait.:(

the only thing that keeps me going is the knowlage that lenster weren't the only team playing like school kids that day.....
if Perpingan play that badly in the final it may be worth watching them getting kicked around the feild.

there's some consolation in the youth coming through, o'riardon is n't bad for a gonzaga boy, and the young outhalves in the province are good, Eoghan Hickey and David McAllister spring to mind

Munster and Toulouse played the final in the semis, that was a good match. Toulouse have a class squad of players.

Leinster should of started Spooner or get a proper kicker

What about Leek at outhalf, thats the landsdowne outhalf if im right and he is contracted by leinster.

Leinster looked lost without a decent kicker, they badly need one.
