A question, lets say I get a ram stick for my current motherboard, it being a 512mb pc133, I was just wondering if i were to get a new motherboard next year or 2 years down the line, would that take the ram I have now, or will the motherboards out then only take a certain type ie pc 2700 or somthing like that??

In two years time ddr2 should be out so ddr will be like sd is now and sd will be no more .
