Charity Triathlon

Just in case anyone was interested in doing a charity Triathlon - Sept 2nd Brittas.
It's tough ... but you can take it at your own pace (except the swim, where slowing too much will lead to sinking
) ... and it's for Kids Charity.
There's also a big night out afterwards and all.
Just in case anyone might be interested.
