I disagree with a lot of it. Here are some of my own opinions

    1. Armagh
    2. Kerry
    3. Tyrone - how can tyrone be above Galway!!
    4. Galway - should be third
    5. Cork
    6. Dublin
    7. Meath

    8. Cavan - cavan above sligo! based on what their hammerin in the league final last year?

    9. Sligo - had a good run last year, but have done nothing before or since

    10. mayo - fair enough

    11. Laois - laois above roscommon, donegal, kildare - no!

    12. Fremanagh - again no, no, no

    13. Roscommon - this is the harshest rating, connaught champions - 01, the second best team in connaught, should be around 8

    14. Donegal - another harsh rating - should be 9 cause you would fancy them to beat everybody below them

    15. Down- are in the doldrums at the mo. absolute turmoil and above kildare !! Leinster finalists last year

    16. Kildare - should be 10

    17. Derry - better than 17 also

    18. Westmeath - again i fancy westmeath this year, should be bout 5 places higher

    19. Limerick

    20. Offaly
    21. longford
    22. Wexford
    23. Clare
    24. Louth
    25. Monaghan
    26. Carlow
    27. Antrim
    28. Leitrim

    29. Tipperary - now this is harsh. munster finalists last year(Champions but for technicality)

    30. Wicklow
    31. Waterford
    32. London
    33. New York
    34. Kilkenny

I think Kerry should be number 1 as they have been there or there abouts for the last few years. Armagh are a good side but they have only done it once in the Championship. I think tyrone are rated far too highly. they perform in the league but rarely deliver on the Championshiop front, which is of course the most desireable tournament. Also Cork may be flattered a bit but that could be just cause I am a Dub and do not like seeing us so far down the list. Hopefully another good championship for the Dubs will move us up in the pecking order.

i took this as a list for this coming year. I suppose the champions have to be favorites, and rightly so in my opinion .

ya , i see where your coming from with the dublin thing after last year. But the only ppl who rate dublin that are the dubs. Dublin are quite a good team but there no way all-ireland contenders imho.

i'd see the teams above dubin as contenders this year.
    :D

considering dublin just about managed to stay in the top league division i think they are overated, meath definitley are

i didnt even know the cats had a football team:D

They haven't had for a couple of years now I think but they must have a team registered somewhere with the GAA so they have to be rated. Meath I am not sure about, I know Dublin murdered them in the championship last year but you can never trust those b*st*rds to stay dead for long. I hope everyone keeps underestimating the Dubs like you guys. Armagh beat us by 1 point in last year All Ireland Semi final, and Stingray hit the upright with the last kick of the game. That is all that was between Dublin and the final last year.

I agree with ya about meath Waylander. If I were playing them this year , I would be scared ****less. They look dead, have played crap all year.... but g. geraghty is coming back and there must be something making him think its worth the effort!

I know Dublin only lost by a point last year, but it has to be said that Armagh would of been very hard done by. I believe there is a reason that Armagh came through Dublin, Sligo and Kerry in the same manner. They were a better team .

I dont see Dublin as all-ireland winners this year. Maby in about 3 years time if they keep building. I just dont see em having what it takes at the mo.

    :)

If only their fans saw it that way...

    29. Tipperary - now this is harsh. munster finalists last year(Champions but for technicality)

1-23 to 0-7 for Cork, with Cork having used one sub too many by accident for the last five minutes when they already had the match long won...

"champions but for a technicality" me arse! :D

Now Porn in all fairness, look at some of your Cavan and Man Utd posts before you criticise other fans for being mouthy. Now, Would you be the pot or the kettle.

Take your pick :D . No but in all seriousness, Dublin are always expected to perform, and will be expected by their fans this year to WIN the Sam. I can't see Dublin fans waiting three years to win it without sacking their manager who I think is a very good manager at that.

I know Cavan have been the same in the past, and where has it got us? Not very far.

sometimes i wish i was an injun

    cos I'm a idiot instead

Everyone's expected to win sam, because the provincial titles alone are worth sweet FA!!
The back door system has cheapened the championship, and it should be scrapped!
P.S Why are Mayo 10th and Donegal 14th?

ah but kc, I'd be happi with Laois to just win Leinster.

Sam can wait another year for Magic Micko. ;)

I pulled these ratings from...somewhere ( wasnt comfortable either !)

    1 Dublin
    2 Who Cares
    3 who cares

    and so on ..muahahahahahahaha

I would say that real list is way off ... but the top six are correct though not in that order.
