A "red tide", caused by massive growth of a toxic alga called Noctiluca

The image hasn't been altered, it really looks like that. Pretty.

I might try to find some individual pics of phytoplankton, they're pretty too, as well as being able to cause severe amnesia and death...

(guess what i'm studying?)

don't suppose it's able to derive a ki value for all the different types of reversible inhibition ????? my head is melted from studying for an enzyme catalysis exam!

it's a good website. i know the ucd biochem website has some pretty good programme's for checking out stuff like that, although im not sure if it's accessible outside ucd.
