Does Bus Eireann go to Manchester?

    I was talking with my uncle and he said Bus Eireann go to Manchester,

    I was just wonder if anyone else has heard of this ?

    As best I know it does, you should be able to get a bus from most main towns / cities (those with stations) in Ireland to Manchester. You may have to change at Busáras. It operates under the Eurolines brand. They drive the coach onto the ferry and you can leave your luggage on the bus. They offer a varity of routes, ferries and fares.

    They are a viable alternative to "low cost" airlines, if you can't book your flight in advance.
