Well in my opinion Orbital's In Sides is the job, that was the very first
CD I started playing Quake with nearly two years ago.

Now some of you may say that having a CD on while playing Quake
is crap, slows it down etc. etc. I don't want to hear any of your whiny
noises, just some opinions on what's the best music to go with
    Quake.

Don't want to sound poncy but I listen to Swiss band The Young Gods album L'Eau Rouge. It's a mix of fast metal and classical music and all vocals are in French!

It's gotta be [CD]Chaos or [CD]Malek, though old [CD]EWJ isn't exactly a waste of space either.

    I know, I know - *groan* - gimme a break right!!

As regards music - Fun Loving Criminals or recent Beastie Boys. Hard to top. Though Reaper had a pretty decent compilation CD the last time he was in maynooth. What was it Peter?

    EWJ

LOL =) If it would of been anyone else saying that.... it would proberly of still been true.

Honestly though, I don't play with music as I find it a distraction (I end up fighting in tune to the beat), maybe that's where I'm going wrong.

On the other hand, could of been a secret GI plot to find out what music people listen to :) ("Ok, the drum solo's coming up, he's gonna start hopping around throwing rockets all over the shop")..... or maybe not.

    Hobbes.
