What card can enable me to watch TV on my PC.
    Sky satellite channels that is.
I have a decoder and subscription with sky.
Also I'd like a dedicated TV card as my machine has a good graphics card.
    Thanks.
    Nem.

When I watch TV theres this flickering which im sure is to do with refresh and/or overlay thingy's..like when u watch Computer monitors in the background while watching TV that sort of flicker.
What do I need to do to stop it?.
I've tried refresh rate 60 but does my res setting affected the signal too?.
    Nemmy.
