explorer.exe /switches

I remember reading an article a few years ago about starting Windows Explorer in any folder of your choice by using a command line switch.
Anyone know how to do this in XP? Because I'm sick of it starting in 'My Documents'.
Keep in mind - I want the 'folders' view open, like when you run explorer.exe normally, not the shoddy 'My Computer' style view.
    Any ideas?
