For BG2 or Fallout2 you'd have to get your hands on the French versions respectively (providing all the dialogue in different languages would take up a lot of space, hence different language versions), dont know of any add-ons that would do the job.
used to play Dune 2 in French .....made the game more atmospheric or somefink
