Finding out the a folder's folderID value in outlook

I'm writing a program in vb that's using CDO commands to access a MAPI mail server. I need to find out all the folderID's in my mailbox so I can test the code I have for moving messages around the folder hierarchy. So far I can't find any way of viewing or displaying the folderID either though outlook itself or with a CDO.…
