when u bring up the windows task manager and right click on one
of the processes you get an option of Set priority from real time to high then all the way to low.

    what does this mean?
A processes set to high priority will take up more of hte cpu usage
than any other program. there makig the system slower?
    is this ture????

yeah it means giving more resources to that application u choose. If u think that one of ur apps isnt getting enough, or is slow u can give it more resources, be careful not to make ur system unstable tho :) have a look here good luck :)
