I am 19 bout 6ft 1 and bout 14 stone maybe under dont know.Any how I am buying some dum bells in argos and pull up bar that fits in the door plus some other things and I am buying the weights seperate.First off I am a poor student and I cant afford to go to a gym so i have to work out from home.

My diet varys alot and usually is noddles or bread or drink hot choclate.
I dont eat that many sweets or crisps bout big pack of Hunky Dories bout 2-3 times a week.I dont feel massivly hungry and I eat when I get hungry and I dont get tired and I play football some Sundays and run dont get tried afterfor a full hour an half.
Any how I was wondering what should I change to start to build my self up.I thought bread was ok to eat

I am going to start doing pressups and sit ups every night and I know I can do 20 press ups easy enough .I dont feel unfit but I want to look more fit.I have time to do what I want but I dont like running as I walk every where any how.

So I was wondering what is the best thing to eat and is drinking out of the question all together?
What I want to build up is my chest and arms.Whats the best thing to do for them and what equipement should I buy?I dont really want to gain any weight .By any chance does any one know of a cheap gym in Galway?

Try asking the student union, i'm up in Letterkenny but when i asked the student union i get tickets and they let me use the gym for free then which is pretty handy considering the price of it these days.
