    Eircom have assigned me static ip's for the enhanced package.
    I am using an MRI Ethernet Router modem.
    I have one static ip set to the external internet connection.
    I want the others to be be set to e.g webserver , email server.
    How do I set these other static ips up so that they will be seen from the internet side.

    Lan has static ip's e.g. 10.10.1.1 ->

    Just assign them to the machines you want the servers running on.
    Switch NAT off on the router too. It's not very secure though, you should get a firewall if you want that type of setup.

    I know I have to assign them to the servers. But the problem is where do I put them in the router so that they will be seen from the outside and point to the servers I want to go to.

    You don't put them anywhere in the router, they're public IP addresses so they will be accessable from the outside anyway.

    If you had to put these sort of rules on the router to be seen by the outside world, you would have to be using NAT. The fact is that if you have a global ip on the client machine so you don't have to specify on the router unless the router is set to drop certain ports by default
