Anyone watch the Late Late. Pat is great, when he was interviewing the cast of Jackass a caller came in and after the caller gave out made to them

Caller "complain complain complain"

Jackass "I think we just lost a viewer"

Actually I thought the Jackarse guys did very well on PK last night. They were articulate, charming and didn't show themselves up at all ... probably because Steve-O wasn't there.

That 'caller' was obviously a crank (probaly one of JoeDuffys) deliberately employed by Kenny for the night in order to get some kind of profane response out of the guys but they didn't take the bait.

Kenny is so bloody awful at presenting a show that it's embarrsing. He's like '.... Q ...... Q ...... false laugh ..... Q ...... oh btw we have a caller for absolutely no reason ..... '

Prat also loses a point for announcing at VERY start of the show that he'd have the guys on and then leaving it til about 11pm to bring em on. Thankfully I taped the show instead of watching it live so I've saved myself a couple of hours listening to Mr.Cardboard and his usual array of C-list celebs.

Anyway the Jackass conversation with the caller(a man who sounded very like an old woman) went something like this
Caller-Hello Pat.I am Gerry Somebody.Im a social worker and am appalled that my tax money is being wasted letting RTE interview these idiots.They are disrespectful and a bad influence omn kids blah blah b;lah.......

The social worker went on to explain in detail he had male genitals,clearing up any confusion.

Personally I thought the shirtless guy would do a streaking.Would have made for hilarious tv.Maybe they were told they would only be paid for the interview aferwards,depending on their conduct.

As for the drinking what was with the 90 year old feminist transvestitee boasting that she could drink a man under the table?Did anybody else suspect the eunuch had never drank more than a glass of sherry?I dont know why but it seemed to me she was only on the show to claim she could drink more than a man.

Pat Kenny is a woeful inteviewer. He only comes into his own when he's taking whining phone in callers and doing ****e competitions.

There's no future in the late late though so nobody with any talent is going to take over from him.

I agree the he is shockingly bad, but I can see a great future (at least with the youth of this country) in his "wetting on oneself with embarressment" style of interviewing, sort of like Nightline (you remember, Dick Dietrich wasn't it) except Pat is the real thing. I predict a great future in humiliating himself.

even my parents laughed at some of the antics of knoxville and the crew and their particularly not gone about some of the oul quare sh*te on telly.
