Whilst running a random $prompt-> ps -aux to see what was running on a machine, I encountered the following process Anyone ever seen anything like it? (the -:0 )

Anyone ever seen anything like it? (the -:0 )

Not to sure, give chkrootkit a run to see if that picks up anything.

howto
wget ftp://ftp.pangeia.com.br/pub/seg/pac/chkrootkit.tar.gz
tar zxvf xvzf chkrootkit.tar.gz
cd chkrootkit-0.39a
make sense

To run type ./chkrootkit then just read over the results to see if it find any virus's backdoors worms etc...
