esat dsl question

    I have just rang esat about their private dsl service. Although I live within the range of the dsl exchange in wicklow they claim that my line is not on the list. The sales rep was unclear as to why exactly. Are they correct or full of it.

    what are the questions I should be asking here?

    theres definitely one in Greystones but beyond that Im not sure

    Did they say they have tested the line?

    If not, ask them to perform the test or, contact one of their resellers who sill definetly perform the test - try http://www.adslnow.ie

    They may be using numbers in a database that are already tested.
