yep, but.....
its a 10 mb file so I'm trying to gradually upload it w/ crappy net access- (heh-u know what I mean).

As I said I've no probs mailing you a copy so you can perhaps upload it all a little more professionally!!

I know theres a lot of non-Dubliners especcially who didn;t hear it and how brill it actually was, so I'd be glad to make it available readily to the massses!

Did you see the ACT interview- because I know alot of ppl missed that as well, being so close after the infamous letter- Its well worth the d/l (its Pat Kenny: No Holes Barred!!)

As I said its no prob to burn you a copy!?

And yeah- it's a pity about the PK interview with ACT - pity that PK wasn't more knowledgeable on what he was talking about - still - not a bad interview really...

I'd imagine we'd need RTÉ's permission to put an mp3 of Pat Kenny (on Radio 1 I assume) on our site for download? - anyone care to comment?

I'd say its covered under Fair Use. If RTE bother you, tell them to fu<k off.

I'd aggree w/ you there Hudson-
We are not a commercial profit making body and therefore we are not publishing it w/ the view of pursuing commercial gain. All intellectual property law has provisions for such use and I would say we're covered.
I've had e-mail correspondence w/ Niall anyway to confirm this.

The interview seems to be cut off after a few minutes -- I'm assuming this isn't the entire Interview, just the first part of it?

Also, f2s.com is slow. Only managed to get an average of 50K/sec off of their server. *grumble*
