    what does it all mean for the end user, i take it these guys wont be providing broadband to home users, could ntl use their network to provide it thought,

    with these new fibre rings, how will it effect the amounth of irish bandwidth,
    ive seen on this board it meantioned serveral times that all the irish bandwidth tops at the ports, will this help spread it out an lower the cost of bandwidth, could comeone use something like this to bring more bandwidth to exchanges and make llu cheaper,
