Two Set Top Boxes

I intend to subcribe to Sky Digtal but I want to have two set-up top boxs, but it seems under the free Mini-dish and box for £50 installation I am not eligble.Please would any be able me an alternatve to paying an extra £300+ for another box. Or how anyone who was in my situation solved the problem.

Look at www.loot.com you should be able to get a second box for about IR£100. You will however have to pay for a second subscription. There was talk on another forum a while back that Sky were considering introducing a reduced second subscription. I have not heard anything about it for a while though.

This is what I did, I already had two phone lines which are paid by two different people in the house, so I was able to subscribe as two different customers, using the house name on one bill and the house number on the other. This way isn't going to be suitable for everyone, but if the second box is for another party, you can avail of the free offer for both boxes.

Did you get the two boxes connected to the one dish or did you get a seperate dish for the second box ???
