Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I ordered a new Sky dish etc onth 9th June I received a welcome pack + Sky card on 12th June, but since then I hav'nt heard from the installer,does anyone know how long it takes on average, from the time you order, to have the dish installed?

    A couple of weeks. (depending on where in the country you live). they will have already notified your installer so they may tell you who it is and you could contact him directly (not likely though).

    Thanks Chernobyl you were correct, I contacted them I'm due to be "FITTED-UP" next Tuesday 26th
