    Looks like we will not be getting CMT back in a hurry, this is from their FAQ "Q. Will CMT Europe or CMT Australia return?
    A. No, the international version of CMT was owned and operated by another company. That company changed its name to Music Country and is no longer the name CMT "

    What a shame

    Thats a pity. I wonder if we'll get any of the others, like GAC (Great American Country)?

    Any ameican country would be good (ie no so called "Irish" country.

    I mailed GAC in the states about their availability in Europe, heres the reply...

    Hi, Jim . . . I'm not aware of any immediate plans to do so. GAC is still
    working very hard to expand their affiliate & viewer base in the U.S. But
    we can still keep our fingers crossed, right? I do know there are many
    international country fans out there! I'll be sure to share your
    "suggestion" with GAC's management team. Thanks so much for your interest
