ETV3 - is this TV3 Ireland?

    on 11.798H, there is a channel called ETV3, broadcasting bbc R1 now, but could this be Tv3 beginning tests? Any ideas folks???

    Very interesting ... but why would a TV station test broadcast as a radio channel.

    If it is TV3 testing it would be fantastic.

    why would TV3 test on a BBC transponder. my guess is that this isn't TV3
