mmkay.
for those of you that don't know haight-ashbury is the hippy section of san fransisco. it's like the centre of all things kewl (circa 1970).

so i's having a haight-ashbury parpy. at which i'm going to prance about singing revolutionary songs and write letters to the government.

i'll be at the floozy on o'connell str. on friday the 20th (dat's this friday)at 12.
i'll be a hippy.
and i'll be very disappionted if the rest of you aren't

I once had a quinsey which is a severe tonsil thing. I went to Crumlin and they sent me home, then I went to Blackrock clinic and was diagnosed as an emergency case with 3 days to live without the operation (go on! Someone say pity! I DARE YOU!). I'm alive though, but horribly messed up thanks to the antibiotics (it was in 1989, or such, when the answer to all medical problems was "antibiotics"! Kinda like leeches in that Blackadder episode). Ah... the memories. Some kid in the ward I was in took my Thomas The Tank Engine toy and I never got it back. That made me bitter and set me down the path I've been following ever since!
