    It says in the readme that I should make it 8 bit, but I can't figure out how. Any tips?

    By the way, are everyone else's creatures one eyed, or is it just mine?

    I presume you're talking about a custom logo or something for use in the game (don't have it myself so I can't be sure), but 8-bit means 256 colours. Just load the image in your favourite graphics program (i like paint shop pro) and reduce/increase the colour depth to 256 colours.

    it has to be greyscale for it to work in b&w aswell..... although you can choose the colour once you're in the game.
