    Anyone notice the similarities in this to Miami Vice and Scarface?
    M.V. Cars, seaplanes, boats, intro video and locations?
    Scarface The mansion, the apartment with the cahainsaw and the blood soaked bathroom etc.

    Errrrr (responding cautiously)....

    I think that was the intention. I haven't played the game myself but I've listened to others wax lyrical about it. The Miami setting, Ray Liotta voiceovers and 80's soundtrack are all kind of a giveaway. ;)

    The Commodore 64 load screen really made me laugh. I was using the same telly to play VC that I bought with my Commodore 14 years back.

    it's almost like a time warp to the 80's... only difference is that people are more interested in vice city and don't want to destroy it for the sake of man kind

    Early on in the game, one of the missions has cop cars chasing u from the beginning. One of the unmarked cop cars actually has two guys in it 'vaguely' resembling crockett and tubbs from miami vice. I killed them, unfortunately.
