Aparently, Iraq , by this poor analysis cannot afford such things as fancy presidential palaces...
and wouldn't dream of having chemical weapons...
But then thats the web for you, you can find stuff there to "prove" any hairbrained ideology.

Actually building palaces isn't all that complicated, it's the same concrete, steel, timber, plaster and paint that go into most buildings, jsut on a bigger scale. And labour is cheap in Iraq.
