Realistically no.

If your phone had WAP, (the 3330 does, I don't think the 3310 does though) you could probably use some WML mail interface.

If you had IR, you could possibly use it to download email onto a PDA (not quite on your phone, but close enough), but you don't.

The only thing I might suggest is some SMS based interface, but that would be very limited and realistically better suited to simly sending email alerts. Or get a newer phone.
