    Em if you want i can make you a new socket lug, i can make it out of steel for you too and you can epoxy it on to the board.Interested ? Or another solution is i could make you a mount so that you could use the holes in the motherboard to mount the heatsink, i havent gone this path before , but i did make a similar device to hold down my waterblock for my watercooler.

    If you pick up a cooler like the alpha pal 8045, you could just use the 4 holes in the motherboard to mount it, or go for a solution from pokey.
