over christmas i started using some old weights of mine that i never really used and so far its going great. Difference in such a short time is brilliant.

However i want to make sure that i am doing the lifting properly so that i dont pull something and also so that i know which muscles i am working.

So does anyone have links to a good online guide?

    Thanks
