oh for a few people with this ttitude over here
I was rereading the christmas 2002 issue of PC Plus and noticed an interview with bt president tony harris

"There are literally thousands of people buying ISDN each week - still. The price is astronomical. A large proportion of these people can get ADSL. The reason they're buying it is 'a' because they know it and feel comfortable with it, and 'b' because they haven't appreciated just what ADSL will save them. At a time when we can all see and economic downturn, this is a time to think about ADSL, because it's atechnology that will save you money on day one. They should cancel there ISDN tomorrow and save money."

    a) shame BT don't hav this attitude over here
and b) it makes you weep compared to the inane drivel eircom put out week in week out.
