Just wondering if the WinNT Help bug still exists in 2000/XP? Reason for asking is the helpfulness of this bug for resolving password/profile issues without local admin privileges. WinNT Help Bug - using help (which has system privileges) to carry out operations which should not be available to the user profile normally.
