Hey,
Has anyone lost weight, I lost a few pounds and I have noticed it. Success stories always seem to help so if you have any post them here

I lost a half a stone in the gym over the last 2 months but I have put most of it back on now over xmas with the food and drink but im back to the gym tonight so it shouldnt be hard to get rid of it again I hope

No i've stayed at the 12 stone mark over the xmas hols, But i'm still carrying some Holiday weight from 2 years ago!!!

Put on around 4lbs over Christmas. Well I didn't go to the Gym for over a week and that Chrissie Cake is just so tempting.

I'll have this off in a week or two and be back on track again (2 Stone to go

)

Hey,
Yeah X-mas is always tough and it seems hard for me personally to get back to the running etc. plus with it getting colder I just hope I don't end up saying. Ah it's too cold tonight maybe tomorrow.
