    Seems they found the guy who brought the net to it's knees. Some canadian kid just got arrested, it's all over the news.

    Found a News Story.

    The big question on my mind is was it a script kiddie?

    Nah, I'm sure he spent years learning networking protocols and unix, and coding his own hacking proggies.

    Well as far as I know, he got released. He's not allowed touch a computer unless it's for Academic reasons and even then someone has to watch him at all times.

    Beyond that, I don't know what's happening to him. For the amount of damage he caused, if it wasn't a minor they would be going away for a looong time.

    Luckly for him he's a script kiddie, or the No such agency would arrange an accident and he'd end up working in some basement for the rest of his life. biggrin.gif
